The construction of Lan Guiqi's headquarters and technology research and development center is an important strategic decision for Lan Guiqi's enterprise development based on port and facing the world. On July and 11. 2020. at the World AI Conference, the project of Lan Guiqi China Technology Research and Development Center and Lan Guiqi Enterprise Headquarters Base, as one of the two AI projects in the new port area, was officially signed to land in the new port area.

After many rounds of global design bidding, the project finally selected the world-famous Dutch MVRDV design firm to complete the concept and scheme design, the British Standard Hector Energy Company as the energy consultant, and the East China Design Institute was responsible for the deepening and construction drawing design. The building has 11 floors, with a building area of 33153 square meters. It uses a "floating" functional roof to include sustainable development strategies with different technical difficulties. At the same time, it also prominently displays the corporate culture and image of Lan Guiqi, and expresses the close relationship between modern advanced technology and agricultural transformation and development. In the future, it will become a real green smart building and an "agricultural oasis".

After the completion of Lan Guiqi China Technology Research and Development Center and Lan Guiqi Enterprise Headquarters Base, it will have six functional spaces, including enterprise headquarters office space, 50+scientists innovation laboratory, global industrial chain joint office space, scientific research exhibition space, international education and cooperation space, and public experience space. As the headquarters base for intensive office work of Lan Guiqi Group, it will also realize the major functions of Lan Guiqi's integrated platform technology research and development, global sales management, industrial chain integration and collaboration, provide key support for the realization of Lan Guiqi's development strategy during the 14th Five Year Plan period, such as technology, data, talents, industry integration, etc., help Lan Guiqi move towards the top of the global intelligent agriculture industry, and form the source of modern agricultural science and technology in China.
